Dear L&N Label Customers,
L&N Label Company will start charging sales tax in Florida as of 1/1/2019 in
order to remain compliant with Florida’s sales tax requirements. As a result, we are requesting updated sales tax exemption certificates from our customers.
L&N Label Company will be required to charge sales tax on all transactions occurring after 1/1/2019 unless provided with a current and valid sales tax exemption certificate.
If you are exempt from Florida sales tax, please e-mail a copy of your
2019 Florida Annual Resale Certificate For Sales Tax to: sjohnson@lnlabel.com or fax to 727-442-8915.
We cannot issue credits for orders that are charged tax due to not having received a current
certificate for 2019.
